- Courgette 4 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel all the zucchini and slice them thinly. Place them in a pot and add enough water to cover all the vegetables. Add a pinch of salt, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for another 20 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and blend the zucchini until smooth, adding salt to taste.
Step 2
Pour the puree into bowls and add a triangle of cheese, cut into 3–4 pieces, to each. Serve immediately.
