  • Celery stalk 1 piece
  • Red Onion 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Basil ½ teaspoon
  • Sea Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Avocado ¼ piece
  • Water 15 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop all ingredients into cubes and add them to a blender.

Step 2

Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth. Pour into a bowl.

Step 3

Garnish with chopped basil on top.
