  • Courgette 20 oz
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Bouillon cube 1 piece
  • Oat flakes 3 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the zucchini into small pieces. Peel the tomato and chop it.

Step 2

Place the zucchini, tomato, and broth cube in a pot, cover with water, and cook until the zucchini is soft.

Step 3

Add the oat flakes, bring to a boil, and turn off the heat. Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.

Step 4

Then puree using a blender (you can also mash it with a potato masher).

Step 5

Pour the soup into bowls and add olive oil.
