Ingredients
- Courgette 0 lbs
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter to taste
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the zucchini and remove the seeds, then cut into large pieces.
Step 2
Place a steaming rack in the bowl of the multicooker.
Step 3
Arrange the zucchini on it, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cook the zucchini in the 'Steaming' mode for 10 minutes.
Step 5
In the bowl of the multicooker, heat the butter in 'Sauté' mode and sauté the finely chopped onion for 5 minutes until golden.
Step 6
Add the zucchini and sauté, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Step 7
Then blend the vegetables into a puree with an immersion blender.
Step 8
Pour in the milk, add the sour cream, crumbled feta, and pressed garlic, and cook the soup for another 10 minutes in the same mode.
Step 9
Garnish with chopped dill.
