Tip!!! Cook just before serving — they can become soggy if left on the plate for too long. Serve the fritters with sour cream, and for those with a sweet tooth — condensed milk. Enjoy your meal! I made these with all the zucchinis that grew in our garden, and with pumpkin, they turn out a bright orange.

Ingredients

  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz

Grate the zucchini (or pumpkin) on a fine grater.

Step 2

Add salt, sugar, and eggs to taste, and mix everything well.

Step 3

Gradually add the flour until the batter reaches a sour cream consistency.

Step 4

Pour oil into a heated skillet and cook the fritters.
