Zucchini fritters with herbs

Ingredients

  • Young zucchini 2 pieces
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Cilantro 0 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Whole egg 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

Remove the seeds from the zucchini and grate the flesh on a coarse grater. Lightly salt and set aside for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Well squeeze out the released juice.

Step 4

Finely chop the dill, green onion, parsley, and cilantro.

Step 5

Add the herbs to the zucchini and press the garlic through a garlic press into the mixture.

Step 6

Add the egg, yolk, and flour. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 7

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it.

Step 8

When the oil is well heated, spoon portions of the batter into the pan and fry until golden brown on the edges.

Step 9

Then flip and fry a little more.

Step 10

Place the finished fritters on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Step 11

Serve the zucchini fritters hot.
