- Cooked peas ½ cup
- Pumpkin puree 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Tahini 2 tablespoons
- Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
- Paprika ¼ teaspoon
- Turmeric ½ teaspoon
- Water 5 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place the peas, tahini, spices, pumpkin puree, and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Add lemon juice and water. If you cooked the pumpkin yourself and made the puree, you can substitute the water with pumpkin broth.
