Ingredients
- Young zucchini 3 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves

Step 1
Finely chop the garlic with a knife, mix it with sour cream, and let it infuse.
Step 2
Grate the zucchini using a coarse grater.
Step 3
Season to taste. Add raw chicken eggs. Mix well.
Step 4
Add flour until the dough reaches a consistency similar to 20% sour cream.
Step 5
Using your hand (or a wooden spoon), place the future pancakes into a skillet with heated vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown.
Step 6
Brush the finished pancakes (while still hot) with a mixture of sour cream and garlic. Serve sprinkled with dill and parsley.
