- Courgette 20 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Wash the zucchini and peel them, cut them in half, remove the seeds, chop into pieces, and sauté with butter and finely chopped onion. Cook on low heat for 30–40 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing by diluting it with water and mixing it with the pureed zucchini. Add broth or the zucchini cooking liquid, season with salt, and simmer on low heat. Before serving, add sour cream.
