Ingredients
- Young zucchini 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Utskho Suneli ½ teaspoon
- Herbes de Provence a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 340°F. Wash the zucchini and dry them with a paper towel.
Step 2
Slice the zucchini into thin rounds (1–1.5 mm) using a vegetable slicer.
Step 3
Arrange the slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and season with Herbes de Provence and Khmeli Suneli. Drizzle with olive oil lightly.
Step 4
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake until crispy for about 12 minutes. Flip once after 8 minutes.
Step 5
Turn off the oven and let cool for 3–4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately.
