  • Courgette 2 pieces
  • Oat flakes 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Dill to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Italian chopped parsley to taste
  • Ground Dried Garlic to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grate the medium-sized zucchini on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Add the eggs, oat flakes, Italian herbs, and garlic. Mix well. Let it sit for 30 minutes to allow the oats to absorb moisture. Add salt and mix again.

Step 3

Place the mixture into muffin molds. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 4

Put in the microwave for 5 minutes at 800 watts.

Step 5

Sprinkle with dill and serve with sour cream.
