Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Milk 5 tablespoons
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Courgette 10 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Garlic to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sift the flour, mix it with salt, and rub it with butter (using hands or a fork).

Step 2

Add 5 tablespoons of milk. Knead the mixture by hand until smooth. When a uniform ball forms, place it in the refrigerator.

Step 3

Meanwhile, prepare the filling: chop the onion coarsely and pour boiling water over it. Peel the zucchini and remove the seeds, then cut into cubes. Grate the cheese (fine or coarse, depending on your mood).

Step 4

In a blender, beat the eggs, zucchini, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper at low speed.

Step 5

Grease a baking dish with butter. Roll out the dough to fit the dish and place it inside. Pour the blender mixture on top and generously sprinkle with cheese.

Step 6

Bake in the oven at 200–430°F for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
