  • Courgette 10 oz
  • Green Apples 5 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Butter 3 spoons
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Sugar 2 spoons
  • Semolina 4 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the zucchini, slice it, and sauté it with milk and 2.5 tablespoons of butter until partially cooked.

Step 2

Slice the apples and add them to the zucchini. Add sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add semolina to the mixture, stir, cover with a lid, and let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Let it cool.

Step 4

Separate the egg white from the yolk and beat the white. Combine the yolk with the semolina mixture and then add the beaten white. Mix well and spoon the mixture into molds that have been greased with the remaining butter.

Step 5

Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
