Ingredients
- Sugar 2 glasses
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Sour Cream 1 can
- Wheat Flour 2 glasses
- Cocoa Powder 2 spoons
- Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy. Add 2 cups of sifted flour, baking soda, cooled melted butter, sour cream, and mix thoroughly (preferably using a mixer).
Step 2
Divide the dough into two equal parts. Add 2 tablespoons of flour to one part and 2 tablespoons of cocoa to the other. Mix well to avoid lumps. The dough should have the consistency of thin sour cream.
Step 3
Grease a wide baking dish (26–28 cm) with butter. Pour small portions of different batters (about a tablespoon each) into the center one at a time. Do not mix.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for half an hour. If the top of the pie is already browned but the center is not yet cooked, cover the pie with foil, reduce the temperature to 355°F, and continue baking until fully cooked.
