Young Carrot and Yogurt Pie
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Yogurt powder 10 fl oz
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 5 oz
- Carrot 15 oz
- Sunflower Seeds 5 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease 2 loaf pans with butter.
Step 2
Mix the softened butter and sugar, add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
Step 3
Beat the yogurt. Sift the flour and grate the carrots. Combine everything and add the raisins and seeds.
Step 4
Divide the batter between the 2 pans and bake for 40–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 5
Transfer the pies to a plate, let cool, and slice.
