
Yogurt Raspberry Popsicle with Banana

Description
For the ice cream, you can use blueberries and strawberries.
Ingredients
- Dessert Yogurt 1 cup
- Bananas 1 piece
- Raspberry leaves 20 oz
- Honey 5 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine the yogurt and banana and blend until smooth.
Step 2
In a saucepan, mix the raspberries and honey, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain the raspberries through a sieve into a bowl and squeeze out the remaining juice. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the yogurt mixture into long popsicle molds, then pour the raspberry syrup on top. Gently swirl the mixture with a knife, but do not mix it completely. Insert wooden sticks and freeze for 6 hours or until solid.
