Yogurt dough for pies
Ingredients
- Yogurt powder 4 cans
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Cotton Oil 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Club Soda 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour 4 cans of yogurt (any kind, preferably plain, but flavored yogurt can be used if the pie filling is sweet) into a bowl.
Step 2
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda, then mix. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add 1 chicken egg, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of corn oil to the mixture, and let it sit for about 20–30 minutes.
Step 4
Add 1 cup of wheat flour to the mixture and stir.
Step 5
Let it sit for another 10–15 minutes.
Step 6
Spread a layer of dough on a baking sheet, then add the filling (ANY filling, depending on your preferences you can add salt or sugar to taste, as well as depending on the filling).
Step 7
Top with a layer of the remaining dough.
Step 8
Bake for 45 minutes at 355°F (time may vary depending on the oven settings and power).
