Ingredients

  • Fermented Milk 10 fl oz
  • 3.2% Milk 10 fl oz
  • Cream 22% 10 fl oz
  • Fresh Berries 5 oz
  • Whipped Cream to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the milk, cream, and room temperature sour milk in a separate container until smooth, then pour into the multicooker bowl.

Step 2

Close the lid. Press the 'Menu' button and select the 'Yogurt' program. Press the 'Timer/t˚C' button, and use the '+' and '-' buttons to set it for 12 hours. Press the 'Start/Heat' button.

Step 3

Cook until the program ends.

Step 4

Stir the finished yogurt. Transfer half of the yogurt to a separate container, add the blueberries, and blend with a blender.

Step 5

Spoon the plain yogurt into glasses, top with the blueberry yogurt, and garnish with whipped cream and blueberries.
