Ingredients
- Butter 10 oz
- Sugar 2 cups
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 piece
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Natural Yogurt 10 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Vanillin 1 teaspoon
- Strawberry 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with sugar until fluffy for about 3 minutes.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs one at a time. Add the lemon juice.
Step 3
Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and lemon zest. Mix well.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, incorporating the yogurt, milk, and vanillin.
Step 5
Mix the chopped strawberries into the batter.
Step 6
Bake in your favorite mold for 1 hour at 355°F.
