  • Frozen black currant puree 10 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ g
  • Natural Yogurt 10 oz

Step 1

Measure the ingredients using yogurt containers with a capacity of 125 g.

Step 2

Mix yogurt, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and oil together.

Step 3

In a separate container, mix flour and baking soda.

Step 4

Add the flour mixture to the yogurt mixture and stir until smooth.

Step 5

Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil and pour in the batter, then add black currants on top.

Step 6

Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
