
Yogurt Cake (Gâteau au yaourt)

Description

Ingredients
- Yogurt powder 10 fl oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Sugar 10 oz
- Vanillin to taste
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Grease a baking pan with a diameter of about 22.5 cm with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Dissolve the baking soda in the yogurt. Add the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and oil. Gradually add the flour and mix until smooth; do not overmix.
Step 4
You can add 2 containers of frozen berries, a container of chocolate chips, or any other mix-ins to the batter.
Step 5
Bake for 35 minutes and an additional five minutes if a knife inserted in the center does not come out clean. The cake should be golden brown on the outside but soft on the inside.
Step 6
Cool it and serve with a spoonful of whipped cream.
