  • Natural Yogurt 15 fl oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces

  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Baking Powder 0 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Semolina 5 oz
  • Chopped almonds 0 oz
  • Apricot Jam 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Wash the apples, remove the core, and slice them. Mix the lemon juice with 200 ml of water. Drizzle the mixture over the apples. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then place them on a paper towel to dry. Beat the eggs with the vanilla and regular sugar. Fold in the softened butter.

Step 2

Combine the flour, baking powder, and semolina. Add to the yogurt mixture and mix thoroughly. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Distribute the apple slices over the batter and place the pie in the oven for 25–30 minutes.

Step 3

Wash the lemon under hot water. Grate the zest. Squeeze out the juice. Heat the apricot jam in a saucepan, mix in the zest and lemon juice. Brush the resulting mixture over the warm pie. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
