Ingredients
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt 5 fl oz
- Strawberry 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the white chocolate and melt it in the microwave on low heat, stirring every 15 seconds.
Step 2
Add the yogurt to the melted chocolate, mix, and cool the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 3
Slice the strawberries.
Step 4
Working very quickly, form small balls from the chocolate mixture (1 teaspoon).
Step 5
Place a small piece of strawberry in the center and seal the chocolate mixture around the opening.
Step 6
Roll the truffles in powdered sugar. Chill them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
