- Pears 2 pieces
- Buckwheat Groats 1 tablespoon
- Dessert Yogurt 25 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the pears and remove the cores. Cut the pears into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat the butter and sauté the pear cubes for one minute. Add the balsamic vinegar and simmer, gently stirring, for another minute.
Step 3
Place two spoonfuls of sautéed pears into the glasses, pour over yogurt whipped with buckwheat honey, and sprinkle with almond flakes.
