Description
A soup recipe by William. Wheat flour 1–1.5 tablespoons.
Ingredients
- Chicken Broth 45 oz
- Whole egg 7 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Saffron a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg yolks, add the vinegar, and dilute in warm meat broth.
Step 2
Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan, lightly sauté the flour in it until light yellow. Let it cool.
Step 3
Pour the entire broth with the diluted yolks into the saucepan with the sautéed flour and, stirring continuously, bring the mixture to a boil. Before boiling, halfway through cooking, add the ginger, saffron, salt, and 25 g of butter.
