Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 4 cups
- Butter 5 oz
- Dry yeast 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Water 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except for the yeast and half a cup of water. Sift the flour beforehand.
Step 2
Dissolve the yeast in warm water or warm milk. Add to the dough.
Step 3
Knead the dough and cover it with a cotton towel.
Step 4
Leave in a warm place for 1 hour. The dough is ready!
