Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 25 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Warm the milk to 100°F.
Step 2
Add the dry yeast and stir.
Step 3
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Step 4
Add the eggs and whisk well.
Step 5
Add salt.
Step 6
Add sour cream and mix again.
Step 7
Melt the butter and add it to the egg mixture.
Step 8
Sift the flour through a sieve. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
Step 9
Cover with a towel and place in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Step 10
Use the prepared dough for any baking.
