Ingredients
- Bananas 3 pieces
- Dry yeast 20 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Apple 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Form balls from the dough and cover with a towel.
Step 2
Dice the apples and bananas and mix with sugar (can be replaced with vanilla sugar).
Step 3
Roll each ball into a flat round shape, place the filling in the center, and pinch the edges to form a round flat bun.
Step 4
Place the buns on a baking sheet and let them rise, brush with egg white, and bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes at a temperature of 180–390°F.
