Wonton Dough
Ingredients
- Water 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, beat the egg. Add water and beat again.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the sifted flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the egg mixture. Knead the dough well. If the dough is too dry, gradually add water, 5 ml at a time, until the dough comes together.
Step 3
Place the dough on a floured surface and knead well until elastic. Divide into 2 balls.
Step 4
Wrap each ball in a damp towel and let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Place the balls on a floured surface. Cut each into 4 pieces.
Step 6
Roll each piece of dough into a 25x25 cm square. Cut into 9 cm squares.
