Description
If desired, add lemon slices.
Ingredients
- Onion 2 heads
- Pickles 3 pieces
- Hunter's Sausages 2 pieces
- Sausages 2 pieces
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce 10 fl oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon to taste
- Kalamata olives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Bay leaf to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop and sauté the onion in olive oil (use a lot of onion!), add chopped pickles (you can use pickled ones) and tomato paste. Sauté well.
Step 2
Boil water. Add the prepared sauté to the water. Add chopped bacon, sausages, smoked sausages, small sausages — anything you have on hand.
Step 3
Add olives and black olives. Then season with herbs, pepper, and salt to taste.
Step 4
Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
