Ingredients
- Fig 20 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Lemon ½ piece
- Mint to taste
- Apple Wine 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the figs in half, scoop out the flesh, and puree in a blender.
Step 2
Add lemon juice, sugar, wine, and blend thoroughly.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a mold and place it in the freezer. Blend a few more times during the freezing process. Add mint during the last blending.
