Wine-marinated grapes
Ingredients
- Dry White Wine 25 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Grapefruits 30 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large enamel pot, pour in the wine, add almost all the sugar (leaving out two tablespoons), and stir until dissolved. Cut the seedless grapes in half and add them to the wine along with the zest. Let it sit for at least three hours, but preferably for a whole day.
Step 2
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the grapes to a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
