  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes 0 oz
  • Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
  • Pesto 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Spanish onions ¼ g

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the wild rice until tender in salted water.

Step 2

Dice the onion and sauté it with finely chopped garlic in vegetable oil. Add the rice, cream, and grated Parmesan.

Step 3

Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and olives, add the pesto sauce, and mix. You can make the pesto yourself by blending olive oil, basil, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan, and salt.

Step 4

Plate the rice (you can use a mold) and garnish with a tartare of sun-dried tomatoes.
