  • Water 15 fl oz
  • Sugar 0 oz
  • Salt 0 oz
  • Clove 2 pieces
  • Green peppercorns 3 pieces
  • 9% Vinegar 0 fl oz

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash and sort the ramps, removing any flower buds if found.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the wild garlic. Bring to a boil again and cook for 1 minute.

Transfer the wild garlic to cold water.

Bring water to a boil with salt, sugar, cloves, and black pepper.

Remove from heat and pour in the vinegar.

Sterilize the jars and lids over steam for 15–20 minutes.

Place the wild garlic into jars and pour hot marinade over it.
