  • Green Mango 1 piece
  • Fresh Basil 2 sprigs
  • Fresh Berries 2 tablespoons

Cut the mango into strips, add the basil and berries.

Step 2

Weigh the mixture, add 2% (of the weight) regular salt. Mix well.

Step 3

Leave in a jar in a dark place at room temperature for 3 days to ferment.
