Ingredients
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with sugar and milk using a whisk.

Then, mix the flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl.
Step 3
Next, combine this flour mixture with the liquid ingredients. Mix well to avoid lumps. Adjust the thickness of the batter to your liking by adding a couple of tablespoons of flour or more milk, if desired.
Step 4
Pour the olive oil into the batter. Mix the ingredients.
Step 5
Let the prepared batter rest for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Heat the skillet and grease the bottom with oil. Reduce the heat to medium.
Step 7
Pour the batter onto the skillet. Cook on one side for 2 minutes until a golden crust forms, then flip to the other side (cook the pancake on the other side for another couple of minutes).
Step 8
Stack the finished pancakes on a separate plate. Serve them hot with various toppings such as sour cream, jam, honey, or condensed milk... it all depends on individual taste preferences.
