Description
If the apples are sweet-tart or sweet, reduce the amount of sugar to 2/3 cup and 0.5 cup respectively. There is no need to add baking powder or baking soda. Enjoy your meal!

- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Antonovka apples 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the apples, slice them, and place them in a baking dish (a silicone one is convenient as it doesn't need to be greased).
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar, add the sifted flour, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour the prepared batter over the apples.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 355°F on the lowest rack for 40 minutes.
