  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Egg white 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Brown Sugar 5 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
  • Rolled Oats No. 1 5 oz
  • Prunes 10 pieces
  • Beans ½ piece
  • Chopped almonds 4 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the egg, egg whites, oil, milk, sugar, and baking soda. Add the flour and oats.

Step 2

Wash the prunes in advance and cut them into small pieces. Add them and the chopped almonds to the batter. Mix everything well.

Step 3

Spoon the prepared batter into paper cups about 2/3 full. If using a metal mold, grease it with oil and sprinkle a little flour.

Step 4

Bake in a preheated oven at 180–390°F for about 20 minutes (depending on your oven). Check for doneness with a toothpick.
