Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 6 tablespoons
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Chicken Broth 1¾ liters
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the flour in a pot and sauté it over low heat, stirring, for 5–7 minutes until it darkens. Gradually pour in the broth while stirring.
Step 2
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then reduce the heat and simmer for 8 minutes. Add salt.
Step 3
Transfer the yolks to a soup tureen and slowly pour in the soup to avoid lumps. Add the butter and, once it melts, stir the soup, add croutons, and serve immediately.
