White Sangria Jelly with Fruits
Ingredients
- Gelatin 2 tablespoons
- Riesling 1½ cups
- Red Grape Juice 1½ cups
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Canned Lemons 1½ cups
- Seedless Green Grapes 5 oz
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 0.5 cups of wine and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine the remaining wine, grape juice, and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and add the gelatin. Stir until the gelatin dissolves. Place the saucepan in a large bowl filled with ice and let it sit for 20 minutes, stirring, until the mixture thickens slightly but does not set. Lightly whip the gelatin mixture to create bubbles and add the oranges, halved grapes, and raspberries.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a greased bundt pan and cover, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step 4
Invert onto a plate and serve immediately.
