Ingredients
- Whole egg 3 pieces
- Matcha 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 3 tablespoons
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath.
Step 2
Mix the matcha with the powdered sugar and sift it over the egg yolks, whisk until fluffy, then add the melted chocolate and whisk again until the mixture thickens slightly.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whip the cream well, then mix it with the yolk-chocolate mixture and whisk a little more.
Step 4
Divide the mixture into silicone molds or a container, and place it in the freezer overnight.
