Ingredients
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Orange bitters 2 tablespoons
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Orange juice concentrate 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Lemon ½ piece

Step 1
Soak the raspberries in 1 tablespoon of liqueur and let sit for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath (in a bowl placed over a pot of boiling water) or in the microwave, and let it cool.
Step 3
Whip the cream, add the orange juice, the remaining liqueur, and the zest of half a lemon. Add the soaked raspberries and chocolate. Stir only a few times to avoid crushing the berries. Divide into small bowls or glasses and chill.
