- Heavy cream 10 oz
- Shortbread Cookies 5 oz
- Fresh Berries 10 oz

Step 1
Melt the chocolate in the cream over low heat. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
Whip the mixture vigorously with a mixer and chill. Break the cookies into large pieces.
Step 3
Wash the berries. If the berries are large, cut them.
Step 4
