Description

White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • Macadamia Nuts 10 oz
  • Wheat Flour 2½ cups
  • Brown Sugar 10 oz
  • Granulated sugar 5 oz
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • White Chocolate 5 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Butter 10 oz
  • Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Step 2

In another bowl, combine the butter and sugars. Beat until smooth. Gradually add the eggs, mixing well. Add the vanilla extract and mix. Begin to incorporate the dry mixture (flour + salt) while mixing on low speed.

Step 3

Chop the nuts finely, but not into a powder. Add them to the mixture. Do the same with the chocolate. Spoon the dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Serve cooled alongside milk.
