  • White Chocolate 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Sugar 6 tablespoons
  • Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
  • Vanillin 2 teaspoons
  • Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Strawberry 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Melt the white chocolate together with the butter in a water bath.

Step 2

Whisk the eggs and 4 tablespoons of sugar until thick and frothy. Add the melted chocolate and whisk for another minute.

Step 3

Mix the flour with the baking powder and vanillin. Add to the whipped mixture and gently fold in.

Step 4

Pour the batter into a round mold and bake for 35 minutes.

Step 5

Puree the strawberries with two tablespoons of sugar in a blender.

Step 6

Serve the cake warm with strawberry sauce.
