Ingredients
- White Chocolate 10 oz
- Shortcrust Cake Mix 15 oz
- 10% cream 20 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Raspberry leaves 20 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 340°F. Roll out the pastry on a floured surface and line a deep baking pan with a diameter of about 25 cm. Cover with parchment paper, press down, and bake for 15 minutes. Then remove the paper and bake for another 5–10 minutes until golden brown.
Step 2
In a saucepan, heat the chocolate and cream, stirring until the chocolate melts. Then add the egg yolks, whisking constantly. Pour the mixture into the pastry-lined pan and bake until set.
Step 3
Allow the cake to cool, remove from the pan, and chill completely. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with raspberries.
