Description
You can dust with powdered sugar (or serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream), and you can also add 1/5 of a chocolate bar, or to taste.

- Butter 5 oz
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs and gradually mix in the sugar.
Step 3
Combine everything: the melted chocolate with butter and whisk the eggs, sugar, and flour together.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a baking dish.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 390°F for 40 minutes.
Step 6
Remove, let cool, and cut with a pizza cutter (this will make the pieces even).
