White Bean Soup
Ingredients
- Canned Baby Beets 1 can
- Beef Goulash 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into pieces. Boil for one hour, skimming off the foam.
Step 2
Once the broth is ready, strain it and rinse the meat.
Step 3
Slice the carrot into rounds and the onion into half-rings.
Step 4
Add all these ingredients to the broth and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Add the canned beans with their liquid. Cook for 2–5 minutes. Turn off the heat.
Step 6
Serve, garnished with half an egg and herbs.
