Ingredients
- White Beans 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort the large white beans, rinse them, place them in a pot, cover with cold water, and cook until tender.
Step 2
Drain the beans in a colander, then pass them through a meat grinder, combine again with the broth, and add salt.
Step 3
Add finely chopped and sautéed onion to the soup, the toasted flour diluted with broth, and bring the soup to a boil over low heat, stirring.
Step 4
Serve the puree soup, sprinkled with red pepper and parsley.
