Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Basil 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Leave the butter at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the basil leaves from the stems and wash them.
Step 3
Place the basil leaves in the blender.
Step 4
Add a clove of garlic and crush it.
Step 5
Whisk the butter with a whisk.
Step 6
Add the chopped leaves and garlic.
Step 7
Season to taste and mix until smooth. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.
Step 8
Place the butter on parchment paper.
Step 9
Twist the sausage.
Step 10
Put the basil oil in the freezer.
